Currently there are 8 children waiting for mentors, with many more identified as appropriate and in need of Kinship.

Waiting List

Rebecca is a talkative and friendly 9 year old who likes to be the center of attention by singing and dancing.  She would like to swim, ice skate, and water ski with her mentor.  She would like a mentor she could trust and to help her talk about her feelings.  She like riding her bike, writing stories and playing pretend.

Kim is a very energetic, happy go lucky nine year old girl who has an incredible sense of humor.  She likes to keep busy and enjoys swimming and soccer.  She also like to write and journal.  She wants a mentor who doesn't ignore her and can put up with her gift to "talk".  She wants a mentor who remember important events - like her birthday.

Damien is an outgoing, 9 year old boy.  He likes video games, football, riding go carts and fishing.  He would like to learn how to skateboard.  He would like to be in Kinship so he gains more confidence in himself.  When he gets a mentor he wants to go fishing, work on cars and watch auto racing.

Gage is a very easy going, easy to get along with 9 year old boy who is interested in fishing, football, video games, bike riding and swimming.  He would like to be involved in Kinship to have fun and gain a sense of independence from his twin brother.

Zach is a very kind, eager to help 10 year old who loves to go fishing,  play with bionicles and transformers, ride his bike and swim.  Zach would like to learn how to carve, work on cars, snowmobile and water-ski.

Cassie is a 14 year old girl who enjoys softball, track, music, reading, composing, and poetry.  Cassie is crazy about horses and her dream is to work on a horse farm.  Cassie could really benefit from the extra attention she would receive from having a mentor and looks forward to having someone to "hang" out with.

Barbie is a 14 year old girl.  Information is pending

Aaron is an 11 year old boy.  Information is pending
